• I could have asked him to put me on a don´t call list
• I should have apologized with him
• I would have just said no and then hung up

Amelia asked:
• What would have done?
• Would you have gotten mad?

We think that:
• Amelia should not have reacted like that she have could be more
happy
• We should not have gotten mad about it, she just wanted to do her
job
• We would have done the same as Amelia
• The operating centers should better respect the hours in which they
make the call
• We wouldn't have as much patience as she had the first few times.
