The Big Bang Theory and the Origin of the Universe

According to this theory (Big Bang Theory, not "big ban" as it is sometimes
called), matter was an infinitely small point of very high density that, at one
point, exploded and expanded in all directions, creating what we know as
our Universe, which also includes space and time. This happened about 13.8
billion years ago. Theoretical physicists have managed to reconstruct this
chronology of events starting at 1 / 100th of a second after the Big Bang.
