Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

Refunds will only be honoured if the request is received by the Swiss-Garden International Corporate
Office not later than 30 days after the voucher validity.

To avail of the refund please adhere to the following procedure:-

❖ Complete the Refund Request Form and email the Refund Request Form to
info@swissgarden.com or via fax at +603 2725 1338.
❖ After completing the Refund Request Form, the Finance department will proceed with the
refund cheque. An acknowledgement will be emailed to you upon receipt of complete
documentations.
❖ The customer must provide the original voucher purchased when collecting the refund cheque
at Swiss-Garden International Corporate Office.
❖ Refunds will not be given for duplicated, photocopied or printed voucher.
❖ If a customer is unable to collect the cheque by hand, our Finance Department can assist to
bank-in the refund cheque to the account number provided.
❖ Customer may send the original vouchers to the address below. All cost relating to request for
refund including courier and mailing charges will be borne by guest.

❖ Refunds will be issued 30 days after receipt of all necessary items and documentation from the
customer.
❖ Unredeemed cash voucher(s) can be refunded at 50% off the purchased price if surrendered
within one (1) month after the expiry date.
