BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY:

 This research aims therefore to examine the impact of the


countermeasures put in place by financial institutions in Saudi Arabia to
control and prevent online fraud in an environmental context. This is with
the view of determining the factors and issues influencing the
countermeasures, and the development of a framework that would
facilitate effective control of online fraud in Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, consumer risk and shopping


experience perceptions were found to influence experienced e-commerce shoppers’
 commodity purchase decisions more than customer service or consumer risk.

The main influencing factors for online


shopping were identified as availability, low price, promotions, comparison, convenience, customer
service, perceived ease of use, attitude, time consciousness, trust and variety seeking.

There are various factors which have been instrumental in bringing about this change with the
major ones being the increase in mass media exposure and also the rising number of social
networking apps targeting the youth (IAMAI, 2013).

In consideration with increase in the internet usage and online shopping among the college
students, the purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the factors that influence the online
buying behavior of the college students in Mumbai.

Major findings include, purchasing habits have to do with previous experiences, e-commerce
sites are used for looking out the latest trends, and no one read the return policy before their
purchases. Such other findings will also help marketing stakeholders improve their tactics in
luring the customers over the internet. Although this research has brought fruitful outcome, there
is a scope of quantitative analysis on the same research topic, like, the ratio of male to female,
the percentage of people willing to pay more for faster delivery, and so on.

 This study exhibits that the Factors such as shopping online saves time, availability of the
product for less price, promotions that E- Retailers are providing, ease in payment are the
motivating drives to encourage students to shop more online.
A qualitative research approach was adopted in this study to get an idea of the factors
which influence the online buying behavior of the college students. A qualitative research
method is useful in understanding perspectives of respondents, key phrases which sum up
attitudes or experiences of the respondents and to find their motives behind a decision

Nowadays, online shopping has become the norm and consumers are adopting it as it has many
advantages. On consumers‟ perspective, online shopping provides low and transparent prices,
comprehensive assortment of goods and services and a much more convenient shopping
alternative that has eliminated such traditional shopping, inconveniences of squeezing through
crowds, stuck in long queue at cashier counter, battling for parking spaces at a busy mall.

Many of these websites offer luxury items such as popular brands of clothing,
jewelry and electronics at very low prices. Sometimes you will receive the item
you paid for. More likely than not, if you receive anything, it will be a knockoff
of the item you thought you purchased. Other times you will receive nothing at
all.

Online shopping is increasing each day. Now, people prefer online


shopping over offline shopping, because of the ease and
convenience it offers, availability of a wide variety of products on a
single platform and also due to offers and discounts. While online
shopping has many advantages, it has also got its own drawbacks.
Not every online shopper is happy with their online shopping
experiences.

We concluded that schools need to realize that closing school policy is not only sent students home to
learn while saving life, but also provided better support with more technology and working application
where more students may get the support at standard. So that the students, teachers and school may
experience this school closures policy a real solution for both learning and stay save from coronavirus
treat during pandemic. This study is about understanding students learning from home experiences
during the Covid-19 pandemic through review of ten national newspaper headlines from May to end of
June 2020. This qualitative study reviewed ten national newspaper headlines voicing the typical
challenges experienced by students and parents as they learned in limited support during the pandemic.
Ten participants had voiced their experiences and learning difficulties at home since the government
officially enacted a school closure policy, the reason for responding to the coronavirus so that the
transmission of COVID-19 can be stopped. Even though the school through the teachers provides
support learning services via distance (WhatApps), students and parents feel they are not supported
adequately and appear very passive than they should be.
