Anita does not suffer from food allergies and rarely eats spicy foods. She is trying
to loose weight and so far has lost five kilos . She feels she is overweight and
seems to have a negative body image. She appears angry when asked about her
body weight. She is continuing to diet and often uses laxatives . Anita finds it
difficult to discuss her symptoms and is noticeably embarrased about her use of
laxatives.
