March is the month where we Women’s shine.

This month we are celebrating Women’s Month, we

celebrate the fact that women around the world are united and have been fighting to create an equal
platform for all issues that women facing. Thank you for allowing me to speak up and use my platform
to educate, disseminate information, and inspire other women out there to stand for their rights and
have the courage to speak up and voice out their desires. I am Maricon Sorongon your speaker for
today!
“Together we will unleash girls’ power in all its dimensions”- UN women said. From previous years
up until now, Women’s we’re facing different problem tragedy such as discrimination, gender
inequality, sexual harassment, and many more. We need to do better to deal with those issues. We
must ALL come together to fight these issues faced by women. Every citizen and government must try
to make a safe place for every woman to be in. Furthermore, opportunities must be provided equally
for men and women. In every field, we must encourage women to give their best. It does not matter
what field are you in, opportunities must be equal. We need to do better at home and in our
communities.
Also, our generation is becoming so busy trying to prove that women can do what men can do that
women are losing their uniqueness. Women weren’t created to do everything a man can do. Women
were created to do everything a man can’t do, very well said by Quora. Remember, every girl is
special. Some are beautiful, some are intelligent, some have qualities that are unique to them. But as
a woman, one thing is common you are special. You are no more a burden on anyone. You can take a
burden on yourself. It’s time for you to be strong, you are and you have to show it. Stop being scared
and respond to this so that the guilty get scared to do it to anyone else.! Acknowledge every
contribution.
You, I want y’all to remind you that your identity is what separates you from the crowd. Respect
every human's existence, and respect the choices they make.

Oprah Winfrey said- whatever you fear most has no power- it is your fear that has the power.

I encourage and motivate each of you to voice your opinion, stand up for what is right, and to
continue to respect one another. Raise your voice so that those without a voice can be heard.
