We, the undersigned 4th year students taking up Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
(BSIE) from University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu & Mandaue are now doing the partial requirements
of our project feasibility study entitled “Bioplastic Bag Made Out of Landang”. In line with this,
we would like to humbly ask permission from your good office to allow us to collect data on the
total number of satellite public vendors on your barangay.

The said data is needed to support the project feasibility study that we are going through. Rest
assured that all collected data will be taken with utmost confidentiality and will only be used for
