Engineering department
My name is Cristhian David criollo, I am a professional technologist in industrial
processes from USC, I belong to the engineering department, my position is the
company's quality coordinator and some of my functions to perform are:

- Design improvement plans that resolve the errors detected

- Quality control in raw materials and work carried out.
- Responsible for formulating and disseminating the quality policies that must be
followed within the company, and is also responsible for ensuring that
established policies are complied with.
- Guarantee that its products and services comply with quality standards.
 My name is Daniela Bravo Arteaga, I am a professional in Electronic Engineering from
USC, I belong to the Engineering department, I am the company's production manager
and my functions are:

 In charge of supervising and directing the entire production process in the

company.
 Manage the good management of the realization of the products and the
resources available for production.
 Design the production plan, based on a strategic plan that defines the productive
capacity of the company.
 Supervise the work carried out by the workers of the plant.

My name is giovanny arias, I am a professional in bioengineering from USC, I belong to

the Engineering department, I am a coordinator of automated processes and my
functions are:

- Optimizing and automating machinery processes.

- Obtaining materials and processes for better efficiency
- Creation of automated processes for better performance
- Supervise that all processes and protocols comply with regulations
