FINAL RESULTS

interdisciplinary work to carry out a successful job. Think of your major and
the way you are getting prepared to become a professional and your contribution for the
creation of a company. Then, in your team create a drive document to work on

My full name is Isabella Molina Tobón. I belong to the Health and Development Committee
which is part of the Occupational Health Department; these are my strategies as Control
Medical Director at Natural Mind Company.

1. I have carried out special health
checks on workers with basic pathologies
in which a detailed report is drawn up of
what the indications are for carrying out
their work and which does not cause
alterations in their state of health and
physical integrity.
I am going to meet with the general
manager of the administrative department,
Mrs. Kelly Gutiérrez, to explain each of the
indications so that we can locate each of
the workers without exposing them to any
risk.
2. I have conducted some researches
and follow-ups on the children of workers
who have drunk the infusion and have
recorded the different adverse effects at
the metabolic and nervous system level,
therefore; the different substances that
produce them were identified.
3. I have performed general checks on
all NATURAL MIND Company’s workers by
recording each of the important findings
for follow-up, in order to maintain their
health and physical integrity.
4. I have done a detail following up to
the different emergencies of NATURAL
MIND Company’s workers with timely care
and proper management of the situation,
reducing health complications and
performing the appropriate registration.
I am going to have a general meeting
with all the departments Directors and
Juliana Orozco the CEO of NATURAL MIND
where the results of the research and
monitoring are presented to make the
respective changes and improvements in
the product.
I am going to set up a meeting with Miss
María Fernanda Nieto, Biosecurity Director ,
to agree on timely prevention and follow-
ups to any accidents that employees may
suffer at work.
I am going to set up on a general
meeting with Miss Maria Fernanda Nieto,
Biosecurity Director and Mario Marin the
financial department director to supervise
the necessary expenses in each emergency
and guarantee adequate and timely care.
