Following are several items / areas to be consider by the management for improvement: -
C. Supervisor/Management to ensure all workers are wearing suitable PPE when doing their tasks.
D. To ensure every workers that work in height (above 3 meter) using Scissor Lift should be operated by well-trained
worker and provided with suitable PPE (Safety Harness). Supplier to conduct training on safe use of Scissor Lift.
E. The Danger Zone around the structure should be adequately fenced off and warning signed posted.
G. Pavement/OKU ramps that damaged need to be repaired immediately and to provided hand railing.
L. All Supervisor and Management must ensure that there is no open burning at work area all the
times.
