SUMMARY
While it is a common belief that interviewees should prepare extensively for a work interview,
the HR should not be easing off on preparations as well. Interview helps in selecting the
candidates most suitable for the job. It provides the candidate information about the organization
contact between the employer and the candidates. Employer can observe physical characteristics

The aim of the interview is to allow the business to address potential deal-breakers before
