“ GADO – GADO”

Seasoning for peanut sauce:


Ingredients:
• 3 fresh cayenne peppers
• fresh curly lettuce
• long beans • 5 cloves of garlic
• tomato
• 250 gr peanuts
• bean sprouts
• potatoes • 3 tablespoons of tamarind water
• cucumbers
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• tempeh
• tofu • 1 teaspoon salt
• boiled chicken eggs
• 500 ml coconut milk from one
• crackers
coconut
Steps :
1. Prepare the peanuts, wash throughly then roast and remove the skin.

2. Blend the cayenne and garlic, then add the orange leaves and saute until fragrant.

3. Add the roasted peanuts, spices, and coconut milk into a blender, then blend until smooth.
4. Remove the peanut sauce mixture and boil briefly until boiling and add salt, and sliced
brown sugar. Gado - gado seasoning is ready.

5. Boil chicken eggs and all vegetables until cooked, then drain.

6. Fried tempeh and tofu until dry.

7. Arrange the vegetables in such a way, add boiled eggs, pieces of tofu and tempeh, then
flush with peanut sauce and sprinkle crackers on top.

8. Gado - Gado is ready to be served.
