Take the bottle of developer from the cartridge CP-49 and use 740ml of the

cencentrate with 1100ml starter of CP47 ( 30DE3176) to make 7.4L of working

tank solution.

For Bleachfix you have to use the following:

take a bottle of bleach fix Part A and bottle of bleach fix Part B (both are 1.3L)
add 4.8 liter of water so you have also 7.4L of working tank solution.
