We confirm your instructions to provide a RICS Homebuyer Report on the above mentioned property. We will make the
necessary arrangements to carry out the inspection with the vendor/estate agent as appropriate. It is understood the
purchase price is £316,000 Freehold interest, the valuation to be provided for your Lender (if appropriate) and your own
private purchase purposes. Testing of services is not carried out and parts of the structure that are covered or
inaccessible will not be inspected. You will be advised if further specialist investigation is deemed necessary. If you have
any particular concerns about the property then please contact us as soon as possible in order that the Surveyor is fully
aware of your requirements before the inspection. The Report is solely for your use and your professional advisors and no
liability to anyone else is accepted.

The Report will be based on the Standard Terms of Engagement enclosed. You are advised to read "A clear impartial
guide to Home Surveys" and "Description of the RICS Homebuyer Service" which is also attached. Please sign the
attached copy of this letter to signify your acceptance of the Standard Terms of Engagement and return it to us and
your report will be released as soon as possible following receipt of this. Fee charges are as agreed and may need to be
revised if it is found on arrival at the property that it differs substantially from the description of it previously given to the
Surveyor. We confirm we have no material involvement or conflict of interest in accepting this instruction. We will advise
if in our opinion it would be in your best interests to commission a Building Survey, or if the type of property falls outside
the Surveyor’s experience. The valuation date will be the report date and the RICS Valuation Global Standards 2017
"Red Book" will apply. (RICS may for administration purposes check the report for compliance with the Red Book). The
nature and source of any third party information that has been requested shall be relied upon in the report. Under the
RICS Rules of Conduct we operate a Complaints Handling Procedure. Under The General Data Protection Regulations
(GDPR) a copy of our Privacy Notice is also included, by signing the Terms of Engagement letter you also agree to the
GDPR.
