Chief executive officer (CEO)

This person usually the head of a company. he or she’ll be responsible on make things happen, put
together the resources to support the company and take our Firm’s service to the market place.

He is also responsible to Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major
plans, standards, and procedures.

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

this person is the one who will make sure company operations flow smoothly and economically.
He or she is responsible for making certain that necessary work is done properly and on time.
Also, he is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of an
architectural firm.

CDO (Chief developmental Officer)


He/she responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, management and
oversight of all fundraising, communications and community relations activities.
he can Also be Responsible for business development strategy, marketing, branding,
communications and public relations infrastructure, positioning the firm for growth and
profitability.

CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – He or She Oversees and coordinates all firm-wide financial
operations, ensures financial operations functions efficiently, and provides direction to
managers responsible for financial activities.

CLO (Chief legal officer) is a legal executive appointed to govern a firm's legal department, lead
in-house attorneys, provide direction on major legal and regulatory issues, and work to
minimize legal risks.
