NOTE:
1. The proposal should not be more than 3-5 pages in length.
2. The proposal should be prepared jointly by all the project stakeholders including the
project manager, team lead and the group members. However, it is the responsibility
of the project manager to develop the high level project plan.
3. The proposal should be duly signed by the project manager before being submitted to
the project office.
