Note:
1. University Holidays are marked with ‘Color’
2. Review (INT) – means ‘Review for INTERNS’ and Review (PROJ) – means ‘Review for those doing
PROJECT WORK’.
3. For all weekly reviews student has to submit weekly work done report compulsorily.
4. A separate weekly review sheet for each student should be maintained: student copy and guide copy. A
student should sign in guides copy and obtain the signature of the guide in student copy at the same
time.
5. All documents should be kept up to date without any excuse by the student and guide as well. They
should submit the documents whenever asked.
6. Out of 16 weeks a student can take a leave for 2 days (Friday/Saturday) with a prior written permission
from the HOD. Unauthorized absence to any review will be considered seriously and student will be
penalized severely.
7. Documents to be submitted during each review mentioned below. Guides approval for submission of
corrected documents is mandatory.
8. Regular day to day contact with the guide throughout scheduled period is must. Student has to report
to the guide/ higher authorities as and when called without delay. They should not leave the station
without written permission from the HOD. The same should be informed to the Guide.
9. Punctuality in all aspects should be maintained by ALL.
10. Publication of Results of the project as Journal Article is mandatory.
