Background of the Study.

People formulating ideas to invent or to have strategic methods to make some best solutions on
distributing the grades of every pupil. As an information system student we formulated some ideas and
we proposed the online grading system that would make their lives easier.

The School of Turac National High School, was using the old system for many years but as time passed
the student's want more effective and efficient grading system that they can access anytime they want
a system that is accessible to phones and this system will really help them in a way that their parents will
no longer get tired of signing their grades and aslo to avoid the spread of covid 19. As an Information
Technology student we formulated some ideas and we proposed the online grading system that would
make their lives easier. We provide a system that is very helpful for them. The teacher can only encode
there grades through online like quizzes, exams and some other activities by using the current standard
grading system of the school.

Scope

This online grading system will helped lots of parents and students in Turac National High School. I came
up to this type of system considering that not all parents are available during the day of giving grades of
thier children I also considered that this will help us to avoid the spread of covid 19 because the parents
of every pupil will no longer go to school. With the use of this system that provides an easy way to
monitor the grades of every student by using thier celphone laptop's and other types gadgets to access
thier grades.

Limitations

This system is intended only for grading and doesn't perform any task.

There are some delays when comes in posting a grades of every pupil.

Some accounts of every pupil must encounter some errors on thier accts.
Genearal objective

This study aims to improve the manual submission of grades by developing and designing Grading
System with Grade Viewing that will be secured and reliable in keeping the records.

Specific objectives

To convert the manual process into online based grading system.

To be able to provide a grading system that is more effective and less time consuming.

To be able to provide students with an easy access to thier grades.

To provide computerized record keeping of grades for Turac National High School
