Proceedings:
There were 3 batches of the meeting, and each batch had a complete attendance. The meeting was
called to order at 8:00 AM by the adviser___________It started with a prayer led by the adviser.
The first agenda was the School Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan. The adviser presented
through PowerPoint the plans of the school on how the parents and teachers work together for the education of
the pupils in the school year 2021-2022. She also discussed and explained the new modality Blended Learning
which Modules and Online Classes are done. Parents reaction about the online class was positive, however
there were few hesitant parents due to lack of gadgets and financial problems. Home Visitation was also
tackled.
The teacher reminded the parents on the submission of PSA Birth Certificates of pupils. She
emphasized the importance of correct data of pupils that should be encoded in the Learner Information System
Website.
Distribution and Retrieval of modules are also discussed. Schedules for it are expected to be announced
in the Group Chat. Rules in the GC are also reminded by the adviser to maintain order and avoid confusion on
information shared. One parent voluntarily gave 1 ream of bond paper.
Lastly, the teacher asks for the support of the parents on the school project: Likod ko, Garden Ko which
the parents gladly replied to join and attend. They affirmed their support by pledging to donate vegetable seeds,
pots, and used tires for the garden.
Since there were no more concerns to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM
