Unit 9 - Reflection on Teamwork

In this group activity, I can participate in the work of the group, complete my

task in time. But my ability to innovate is still not strong, I can not be very keen to

find a breakthrough in the subject and creative thinking, open different horizons, this

is where I need to improve.

I think I have a good coordination ability, although my creative thinking

ability is not very outstanding, but I can quickly understand the task assigned to me,

and within the deadline, to ensure that I do not delay the whole team’s project

progress. At the same time, I can consult with the team members to discuss and

complete some overlapping topics, and to ensure the completion of the group’s tasks.

I still have a speech problem, I can’t get out of the script and finish my part of

the speech, I think this is the part I need to improve. I should finish writing part of my

speech in time, find out the vocabulary in time, and recite the full text through

reading, in order to fully prepare a speech. With adequate preparation to offset part of

the tension, and improve the ability to speak, and communicate with the audience.

In a word, I think I have completed a qualified group cooperation project and

finished the speech. But I still have room for improvement and a lot of room for

improvement.
