PROJECT PLAN IN PREPARING SALAD AND DRESSINGS

Type of Salads and Dressing: CHEF’S SALAD


l. Objectives:
* Makes food materials more attractive in terms of taste, flavor, color etc. and increase
its palatability.

* Gives us the ability to prepare different types of Salads and Dressing

* Improves the taste and food quality

 Mixing spoon

lV. Ingredients

 500 grams lettuce or any salad greens


 1 cup cherry tomatoes
 1pc carrot
 4 hardboiled eggs
 150 grams cheddar cheese
 200 grams cooked ham
For salad Dressing:

 4 tbsp lemon juice


 1 ½ tsp honey
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 ½ cups olive oil
 Salt and Pepper

V. Procedure:
1. Prepare all needed ingredients.

2. Lay out the greens in the plate and achieve the desired look.

3. Spread the dressing across the salad.
