Transmission and distribution student assignment 2019/2020

I. Guidelines
Ever 2-3 students shall write shall write 4-6 pages about the selected topic.
The assignment must have the following structure:
1- Title page showing the, course name, date, title of the assignment, students names and academic
numbers.
2- Introduction section about the topic.
3- Suitable number of sections (3-6 sections depending on the section they are discussing) Discussing
the topic.
4- A conclusion section.
5- References (there should be at least 5 references, preferably, at least on paper. It is better to have
latest year of publication).
6- Annexes that include copy of the references they used and any other relevant materials.
7- Two files must be submitted. One in word format and a power point file. The word file should be
a. Use 12 points Times New Roman font.
b. 1.5 line spacing.
c. Lay out margins of left side 1”, right 0.75” and 1” for top and bottom margins.
8- Electronic copies must be submitted to the following email addresses:
a. aalarashi6@gmail.com.
b. arashiaa@yahoo.com.
Subject of the email must be “Trans.&distr. assignment G#”.
Where,
G# is your group number.
AS# is your Assignment number.
9- Total marks for the assignment is 30 marks. will be distributed as follows:
a. 25 marks for the word file distributed as follows:
i. Introduction (3).
ii. Discussing (15).
iii. Conclusion (3).
iv. References (2).
v. Annexes (2).
b. 5 marks for the power point file.
10- Assignment must be submitted no later than 29/10/2020. Late submission student will lose 10% of
the total marks for every delay date. For example, delay of one day will result on losing 3 marks and
delay of 3 day will result on losing 9 marks. Any submitted assignment after 10 days of the
submission date will be rejected and the student will get zero.
