Intersection point for different types of ppl. The library should be accessible from multiple directions

- As the site is located at the business center of the city, massive number of pedestrians access the
site area.

- Libraries are considered as a study/reading/books center thus, entertainment/relaxation is not

expected in a library spaces.

- The site is privileged by nature, park, river… that entertains/relaxes the visitors.

Create Intersection for Entertainment and Knowledge in the city center.

Design approach strategies:

- Provision of wide and accessible from all directions
PEDESTRIAN walk way to and from the Library.

- Opening visual & air from the park side.

- Block/blind from the SW side of building.

Classification of space volumes:

Sound, required area ratio and activity.

- Noise zone: children area, story telling, group study, exhibitions,

seminar.
- Semi-silent: Staff areas, toilets, group study…
- Silent zone: Reading areas, stack etc…
