1. As a hotel we agreed to provide rooms for quarantine to Covid Positive patients.

2. Each quarantine patient will get Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

3. Al l the quarantine patients will be under medical supervision of hospital authority.
4. Admitted patient’s payment will be paid to hospital management.
5. Hospital management will clear the payments to hotel management based on final discharge
of the patients either daily or weekly basis.
6. All the patient’s medical assistance will be provided by the hospital, where as patient’s 24/7
assistance, needs and security to be taken care by the hotel management.
7. Apart from the standard menu, personal orders will be chargeable as per the hotel tariff.
8. Room cleaning, sanitization and providing PPE sheets as per the requirement of the
quarantine.
9. Bio medical wastage clearance will be done by the hotel management
10. 2 single rooms needs to be provided for the hospital management for the purpose of
administration.
11. Uninterrupted power and water needs to be provided for the patients throughout the day.
