Give recommendations/offers with conditional sentence

1. The local governments does not pay attention to the local cultures
If I become the government, I would preserve local culture by holding various interesting
cultural events
2. The road is not repaired using the fine quality ashpalt and sands
If I became a local government, I would repair the road using good quality asphalt and sand
so that it is not easily damaged
3. The repairs of the damage roads take months
If I was a local, I wouldn't have crossed that road during repairs because it's dangerous

Give recommendations/offers to the following problems

1. The local government does not pay attention to damaged roads after flooding
They have to repair the roads, because there are many accidents when the roads are
damaged, and it would be huge problem
2. The museum is not repaired using the fine quality wood, cements, stones, and sands
The people who take care of the museum must use good quality materials, to keep the items
secured
3. The repair is not done carefully
They need to fix it using the appropriate instructions so that no accidents will occur
