1) state of the damned, in opposition to heaven
2) state of all those, righteous and evil, who died before Christ
3) state of happiness
4) state of the nation
[2 and 3]
In Jesus’ Resurrection,
1 His body and soul were reunited. Jesus simply returns to life.
2 The risen body of Jesus is totally different with his usual body. There were no
similarities at all.
3 the body of Jesus now participates in the divine life, with the characteristics of a
glorified body"
4 The body of Jesus continues to be separate from the soul, awaiting the Ascension.

Which is NOT TRUE

Christ's Resurrection is the entrance of Christ's humanity into the glory of God.
Whether or not the Lord's Resurrection really took place is secondary, what is
important is our faith in Jesus.
The Apostles could hardly have been deceived, or have invented the Resurrection.
The empty tomb, the apparitions, the story of Thomas doubt, the unlikeliness of
the apostles dying for a lie, are all motives of credibility.
St Peter uttered these words: We must obey God rather than men. The God of
our fathers raised Jesus whom you killed by hanging him on a tree. …. And we
are witnesses to these things.
