Thanks for your message. Sorry I wasn't in when you called. I went shopping this

morning because I am cooking for friends tonight. I really don't like food shopping

and these friends are very picky eaters.

Two of my friends don't like meat and they don't eat much
fish. Mandy can't

eat shellfish and Rupert doesn't like to have many

potatoes. Rupert also

doesn't eat a lot of

cheese. So I bought a lot of
vegetables. What can I

cook with a lot of

carrots, a lot of
spinach, and a lot of
tomatoes?

They all like eggs, but I don't have many eggs.
