    Decision Tree in order to decide contract with largest contract in term of present value for her client.
    Regine’s client baseball player Adam Scialomie plays for the Baltimore Orioles. Scialomie is planning to
    resign with Orioles but the organization want to resign Scialomie so that they can minimize their
    expenses.
