Dear Mr. Smith,

P I am writing to complain about a tent I ordered from your company two weeks
1 ago. Unfortunately, what I received is completely different from what I had
expected. I was deeply disappointed.

P To begin with, the advertisement mentioned that the tent fits four people. To
2 my annoyance, it barely fits three of us. Having set up the tent, I found that it
was constructed of poor quality materials. The tent was already slightly torn.
It might leak during rainy days. Furthermore, the zipper got stuck when we
tried to open it. We were trapped inside the horrible tent for well over an hour
as we tried to fix it.

P To make matters worse, I got a pink tent instead of a blue one which I had
3 asked for. I intentionally purchased a blue tent since my son loved blue and
we planned to go camping with the blue tent on his birthday. However, the
birthday boy was not impressed with the pink tent and it ruined his mood.

P Most importantly, I was hugely dismayed to realise that the claims on the
4 advertisement were false. On the advertisement, it states that the tent comes
with a complimentary camping gas lamp and the delivery of goods is
guaranteed free. The truth is that I did not get free delivery as I had to pay $50
for the goods upon arrival. In addition, I did not receive the complimentary
camping gas lamp, which was supposed to come with the tent I bought. This is
certainly a case of false advertising, and I shall be reporting this to the
Consumer Complaints Council.

P Considering all of the above, I wish to return the tent and I demand a full
5 refund of $500. I hope that this matter will receive your prompt attention, or I
am afraid I will take legal action. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
Chris Wong
