A non native speaker
Who is the native speaker?
From my point of view, a native English speaker is someone who learned how to
speak by speaking that language; it is also called mother tongue, first language or
L1. Adding that it does not necessarily mean that it is the only language of the
speaker, but it means that it is and has been the main means of concept formation
and communication. For example: countries that don’t speak that language, such
as the Dominican Republic, what we do is that we adopt it into our language, as
our second language. The educational perspective in this part means that the
native speaker is not only a linguistic and sociolinguistic concern; it is also a
topic that has fueled the debate among language educators.

Difference between nests and non nests: The difference lies in the ability of the
teacher to respond to the needs of the students and help them feel more confident
in their knowledge. In contrast, NESTs have countless courses that prepare them
to enter a classroom and teach English and learn to teach.

A non nest may be defined as a teacher: who speaks the same native language as
his or her students, whose students are monolingual groups of learners, who work
in an elf environment and for whom English second or foreign language.

Teacher behavior:

Some qualities of a good teacher that we can mention include communication

skills, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience. Other
characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence,
value in real-world learning, sharing of best practices, and a lifelong love of
learning.

Difference in teaching behavior between nest and non nests:

In this part, we can see the attitude towards the teaching of the language, the
general attitude, the attitude to teaching culture and the proper use of English.
For example, in attitude to teaching the language, nests speak better English than
non nests because they speak poorer English. For example, as we also know two
types of speech in English, such as formal and informal
