Resolution
There are 2 main steps to be performed:

1. Add a new printer

2. Assign printer location

1. Add a new printer

To add a new printer, perform the following steps:

1.1. Click Hardware

1.2. Click Printers
1.3. Click Add to add a new printer
1.4. Type name for printer in the 'Printer Name' box the DEFINITION section
1.5. Type the name or identifier forthe printer in the 'Printer Network Address' box
1.6. Click appropriate printer category in the 'Printer Type' list
1.7. Type a description in the 'Printer Description' box
1.8. Set the 'Use Print Queue' toggle button to 'Yes' if a print queue is to be used

1.9. Type print queue location in the 'Print Queue Location' box
1.10.Choose the corresponding printer status in the 'Printer Status' section
   If Rerouted is selected as the printer status to the following:

Select the alternate printer from the 'Route To Printer 'list

Specify the path in the 'Print Queue Location' box

1.11. Click 'Printer Location Assignment' button in the LOCATIONS section to select a location at which the printer should be used by default
1.12. Click Save to save the new printer record

2. Assigning Printer Location

The printers are assigned to a particular location to perform printing at the location where the workflow action takes place.

To assign a new location to a printer, perform the following steps:

2.1. Click the required printer link on the 'Printers' page

2.2. click 'Printer Location Assignments' button in the LOCATIONS section
2.4. Click Add to assign a new location on the 'Assigned Locations' page
2.5. Search the location to assign the printer on the Locations page
2.6. Select the check box adjacent to the displayed location to assign the printer
2.7. Click the type of printer the location should be assigned as in the Assign as list.
2.8. Click Apply to save the changes
