SUBJECT: 18-Day Campaign to End VAW

DATE : October 31, 2020

1. Reference: Memo from C, RCADD dated October 30,2020 with subject
same as above.

2. This pertains to the Presidential Proclamation 1172, series of 2006

declaring November 25 to December 12, 2020 of every year as the “18-Day
Campaign to End Violence Against Women” and RA 10398 series of 2012 declares
November 25 of every year as Children, consistent with the agreement of the Inter-
Agency Council on Violence Against Women and their Children (IACVAWC), the
campaign theme for the period 2016-2021 is VAW-Free community starts with Me”.

3. In this regard, you are encouraged to support the said campaign through:

a. Hanging of 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women

tarpaulin;
b. Conduct of Men Opposed to Violence Against Women Everywhere
(MOVE) Webinars or include MOVE as topic in PICE; and
c. Printing of IEC materials 18-Day Campaign to End VAW.

3. Further, please submit to this Office (Attn: PCR/FJGAD) your after activity
reports on December 10,2020 at 10:00 AM through our email address
fjgadnvppo@yahoo.com for consolidations and subsequent submission to RCAD.
