Person Hank was completely justified in his concerns after hearing his
professor, as management is not only about intelligence, skills and brain
power. In addition, the professor cannot totally discount the value of
experiences that are beneficial and an asset to the workplace. Experience
comparatively govern what an individual is capable, which sequently affects
consequent behavior. Skilled people may sense that these skills take the
place of effective demanding study discoveries and research but experience
can provide employer with a wealth information and a continued growth to the
company. Hank has spent 14 years in the company, proving that he
understand the organizational behavior which is an essential tool in managing
a business. His experience encompasses an employee’s entire tenure with
the company. As a result, a person’s experience should not be
underestimated.

A conceptual framework provides a framework for the analysis of

complexphenomena such as organizational behavior. Just like how framework
were presented in this chapter, wherein we can identify whether the human
resources in the organization have value, rare and are difficult to imitate and
supported by effective management. It’s need to provide best relationships to
accomplish human objectives, organizational goal, and social vision in the
long run. On the other hand, experience alone doesn't have the rigor
necessary to be able to provide much understanding, prediction and control or
the causality in a company and it’s employer. For the effective management of
people studying theories and research findings should also consider with
one’s experience. When a person possess all this skills, expect a high
chances of efficient and successful business.

The conceptual framework presented in the chapter could help Hank to

better manage people in an organization. As its core, it analyzes that the
effect of social and environmental factors that affect the way employees or
teams work. The way people interact, communicate, and collaborate is key to
an organizations success. The study of organizational behavior gives him
insight on how employee behave and perform in the workplace. It will help him
develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees,
increase their performance, and help organizations establish a strong and
trusting relationship with their employees. Basically if it’s managed properly,
expect for an effective and productive employees.
