I think the contingency theory of financial management is

what would represent me best because my leadership style is only applicable to

some circumstances. While I cannot see myself as an always great leader, I
somehow see myself doing great leading people in different circumstances. Most
likely because of external variables or behaviors from other teammates. My co-
workers or teammates give me the motivation and capability to do the work
efficiently.
