A: Good day, is everyone here already?

C: Yes ma’am, all of the attendees are here.
A: Alright, let’s start by introducing ourselves to everyone, please familiarize yourselves
to the people in this meeting. To start, I am _____ the Chief Executive Officer of this
company, I will be the team leader and we are going to discuss the things we have to
develop in the new normal.
C: Good morning, I am _______ the Secretary of the company.
B: Hello, I am __________ a member of the board.
A: So, for our agenda today, we are going in for a deep dive to create and develop new
coping strategies in the challenge our company is facing. We must ensure that our
employee’s safety would be our top most priority while still securing the solvency of our
company.
C: As there is a lack of or very high demand for transportation in this new setting, we
should make our service more accessible to our laborers in order to benefit everyone.
This would allow them to be less exposed to other people, and their safety can be
guaranteed since the transportation would be private and only for the company workers.
B: That’s an excellent idea, we could also convert our spare rooms into quarters where
it could act as their temporary sleeping quarters. By doing it the exposure with the
outside elements or stimulus would be lessen, this could relive them from being
anxious.
A: I like the ideas that you are presenting, please continue.
B: We may also change our company into a mixed environment, allowing certain of our
employees who can accomplish their jobs virtually to work from home. This reduces the
cost of sheltering them within our facilities while maintaining the high quality of their job.
A: What about our workers who don’t have the means to provide the things they will be
needing like; laptop, computers, etc.?
B: If that would be the case we would provide it for them, in order to have the best
possible results of working from home we should support our employees with their
work-related needs.
C: Yes, that is exactly right. As we try to develop coping strategies for the company, we
should also think outside of the box.
A: In this respect, I believe that by providing everything our workers need, they will
become more productive. To put it differently, the performance of the organization is
highly affected by a satisfied employee, along with their efforts and dedication.
B: It is imperative that we unite for our collective purpose in adopting a new normal.
C: Having contemplated large amounts of information, I have come to the conclusion
that this is in our company's best interest. We must have a corporate synergy if we are
to achieve our goals.
