Meaning and objectives of Planning :
“Planning is a way to systematize, direct and organise the
event or competitions and extract the advantage and
benefit of the available resources.”
“Planning is the process of making a sequence of work for
future line of action.”
Five questions of planning W are –
1. What is the plan ?
2. When to do it ?
3. Why do ?
4. By Whom ?
5. Where to do ?
According to Allen : Planning is a trap that is laid to catch
the future. नियोजि एक ऐसा जाल है जो भविष्य को
पकड़िे के ललए बिछाया जाता है।
 Objective of planning
1. To reduce the unnecessary pressure of
immediacy. अिचु ित दिाि को कम करिे के
ललए।
2. To keep good control over all the activities. सभी
क्रियाकलापों या गनतविचियों पर अच्छा नियंत्रण
रखिा।
3. To provide proper co-ordination among the
committees. अच्छा तालमेल ििािा।
4. To reduce the chances of mistakes. गलनतयों की
संभाििा को कम करिा।
5. To Increase the creativity. ििप्रितति और
रििात्मकता को िढािा।
6. To enhance the sports performance. खेल प्रदर्ति
को िढािा।

Responsibilities
खेल प्रनतयोचगताओं का आयोजि करिे के ललए विलभन्ि
सलमनतयों का गठि क्रकया जाता है ताक्रक प्रनतयोचगताओं
Tournament का कायत संिालि सव्ु यिस्थित तिा सरल रूप से
क्रकया जा सके िाथति में थपोर्टतस इिेंट के आयोजि तिा कायत
संिालि के ललए अच्छे नियोजि तिा तैयारी की आिश्यकता
होती है ।सामान्यतः इसके ललए मैिेजमेंट कमेटी होती है प्राय
प्रत्येक संिंचित विद्यालय या लर्क्षण संथिाि से 1 प्रनतनिचि
र्ालमल होता है यह प्रिंिि सलमनत प्रनतयोचगता की सफलता
के ललए पूरी स्जम्मे दारी ले ती है यह सलमनतयों का गठि का
निणतय निमातण भी करती है तिा उिमें विलभन्ि प्रकार के
कायों को विभास्जत करती है। सामान्यता सलमनत के लर्खर पर
एक प्रर्ासनिक निदे र्क होता है स्जसके िीिे कायतकारी सलमनत
अपिे कततव्य को निभाती है खेल थपोर्टतस इिें ट आयोजि
सलमनत कायतकारी सलमनत के िीिे कायत करती है ।

Responsibilities of committees
Pre duties: 1.budget making
2.Shedule design
3.Maintainance of sports equipment and ground
measurements
4.Constitue various committees and deside the date
and venue of tournament.
5. Management of awards and certificates etc. for
the winners.
6. Necessary arrangements regarding the
accommodation and food for the players and
officials.
During tournament Responsibilities
1.Proper management of Inauguration.
2.Check the all necessary sports equipments on
ground.
3. Ensuring that matches are being organized as
per schedule.
4. Provision of refreshment of officials to the
player.
5. Providing First Aid to Injured Players.
6. Make proper discipline
Post tournament responsibilities
1. Offering prizes and certificates to the
winners.
2. Provide detailed results and necessary
information to the media.
3. Payment to sports officials and other related
persons.
4. Collecting all records and files related to
sports tournaments.
5. Momento provided to the chief guest and
other guests.
