Mediation case

The dispute was resolved by Mr. S.P.S Bundella (secretary DLSA) on the following terms-

1) House no.B-212 Sonagiri which is jointly registered in the name of Rita Tiwari and Krishna Tiwari
(the mother of the opposite party). Both of them have equal shares in that property and the part
owned by Krishna Tiwari, which was devided equally among all five siblings. Rest of the 4 siblings will
give their part of the property to Rita Tiwari.

2) Rita Tiwari shall give up her 1/20th part of house no E/3, 303 Arera colony, to other four siblings.

3) It was also agreed that the house at arera colony would be sold to the person who pays the
highest charges for the house.

4) Ashok Tiwari will give up his rights on the Sonagiri situated house to Rita Tiwari.

5) Both Ashok Tiwari and Rita Tiwari will leave their resident house ater the sales of Arera colony
house.

6) Sonagiri House will only be registered in the name of Rita Tiwari and arera colony house wil be
registered in the name of rest of the siblings.

7) It was agreed that opposite would take back their case which was filed on civil court.

8) The farming land owned by Krishna Tiwari would be divided equally among all the siblings.

9) Amount in the bank account of the parents will be divided equally among all the siblings.
