Summarization:

The article briefly talks about a form of human brains construction classified as Emotional
Intelligence being a ticket to emotional paradise, self-contentment, healthy social valued thinking
and a developed earning mechanism. It also lets us know that it is one of the key factor to build a
better version of being a self-aware, self-controlled, emphatic and more visible leader.

In Harvard Business Review according to the article "What Makes a Leader" by Daniel
Goleman, he refers Emotional Intelligence as one of the leading and most well-constructed form
of leadership skill for building and managing Personal Relationships. He writes in his article that
Emotional Intelligence is the “Without which, not” factor of leadership. Without which a person
with most advanced training and knowledge, supply of innovative ideas and with a sharp
analytical mind would not turn out to be a good leader.

Emotional intelligence is a human mechanism which is directly proportional to income. As much
as an individual attain reliability on own Emotional Intelligence their quota of income also
increases.

Personal Opinion:
In basic terms of understanding, Emotional Intelligence is a human proficiency to be aware of
own emotions, categorizing them and use them for own betterment. EQ is a fundamental
construction of human brain to understand and use the emotions towards positive challenges to
make the life easier and less complex.
Emotional Intelligence is a better and scientific way of developing self-awareness,
communication skills, better work culture, accepted relation among employee and employer.
It is a way to better understanding of own self and others emotions and understanding its effect
for both parties betterment. Emotional Intelligence is a construction to make a better and
developed form of social relation, less complex work places and finally better future.
