Installation of the Front Spoiler, Chrome Voltage
Regulator Cover and Chrome Regulator Relocation
Hardware will allow the Chrome Voltage Regulator Cover
to contact Stock Front Fenders on some models during
full compression of the front suspension. This contact
could result in a marred paint surface on the front
fender. The installation of a Sport Front Fender will
eliminate the possibility of contact between the Chrome
Voltage Regulator Cover and the Front Fender.

Featuring the radical styling of the 2004 Sportster
Custom, this large fuel tank holds up to 4.5 gallons of
fuel. Great for cross-country cruising, the tank is formed

tank gives the XL883 Standard and XL1200R models a

This product brings touring model cooler technology to
the Sportster. This vertical-mount cooler features a
unique “Turbulator” system that efficiently distributes oil

This Low-Suspension Fork Kit will shorten an ’89-later
standard Sportster front fork by about 2 inches. Use
along with the 11.75-inch rear shocks to create the
same saddle height as the current Sportster® Hugger®.
This kit includes components required to lower the
Sportster front end in addition to a shorter jiffy stand;
’89-’93 models require the separate purchase and
