Scenario:

A Coffee shop is having a hard time to get some customers. The

manager of the said shop is trying to do something to gain the attention
of the customers who is passing by. So the manager call the attention of
the staffs of the said shop and told them that they are going to make
some signage and some advertisements that will caught the attention
of the customers. So the memo states that “There will be a strategic
planning on how to gain customers”. There will be incentives to the
staff if that advertisement or strategy will work.

The memo was given at the said office of the manager during
their meeting. They are thinking and having some brainstorming to the
said activity to achieve their goal. So the staffs gathered after their shift
to give some ideas. And to make a final decision to the given task to
them. The manager is very much appreciated on how the staff of the
shop make the best advertisement and they are successfully reach their
goal to gain more customers to their coffee shop and they get some
incentives on their hard work.
