Methodology

To find a common ground, the English Coordinator together with the Language
Teacher and School Head will conduct a meeting to discuss the project proposal. After
the approval of the school head, each adviser will disseminate the information to their
group chat with parents and students to encourage learners’ cooperation and
participation.

The Language Teacher will create a Google Form for participants’ registration
and set a deadline to submit the outputs via Google Forms. Then each faculty will be
given an assignment in every category to judge the participants output. The
recognition of the outstanding students who took part in the competition will receive a
certificate and will be posted on school’s Facebook page.

After the event, the school's M&E Coordinator will conduct a post assessment
and the completed appraisal will be reported to the SMEA Coordinator/School Head.
Lastly, a post-conference discussion will take place to assess the activity's pros and
cons to improve the success of future activities.
