PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

The physical development of the learner is impressive. At 10 months old she learned to walk, she's
strong and very active as a child. Her body matured at early age.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

As a child, the learner was outgoing and very friendly towards her peers and to adults. But at present,
she doesn't socialize often with her friends as she find something else to entertain herself at home.

EMOTIONAL-MORAL DEVELOPMENT

As a child, she easily cried and become upset when her wants weren't given immediately. But now, she
learned how to understand and wait when her mother can provide her likes. She become responsible
with her studies as well, but still need to remind her about her house chores.

COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT

The cognitive development of the learner is outstanding. At an early age, she learned how to write and
read. Now, she understand most of her lessons on her own and can easily grasp the knowledge instilled
by her teacher and when she's being teach by her siblings.

FINDINGS

Therefore, the learner is doing good in developing all her aspects in life. Sometimes she can be irrational
but oftentimes she's wise and very curious child as she always ask question of the things she doesn't
know. She's trained to be an independent child but with guidance of the people around her.

CONCLUSION

The environment of the learner especially at home is quite adequate for her growth and development.
She have parents whose supportive with her education and siblings who can she rely on when she's
having trouble with her lessons. Her teachers also are very responsive with her queries about their
subjects and modules. Thus, the learner's teachers, parents and siblings are very important person who
guides and influences in molding her overall aspects in life.

RECOMMENDATIONS

To develop more her physical ability, I recommend her to practice or do dancing at home and upload it
on her social media so that she can build her confidence.

To develop more her social as well as emotional and moral aspect, I suggest she go out and interact with
her neighbors or be intact with her friends through social media. So that she can express herself more
and be aware of her different emotions she feels.

To develop more her cognitive ability, she must read often rather than watching on Youtube.
Analyze

1. The father is authoritarian because according to the learner, he wants her to be obedient of what he
wants and does punishment when it isn't met. While her mother is authoritative as she show great
affection with firm treatment to her child. The mother also doesn't demand anything beyond the
capabilities of her child.

2. One of the family factors that contribute to the child's development and overall adjustment in school
is their lifestyle. The way her parents support her financially can greatly affect the learner's cognitive
ability. Their family traditions, cultures, and beliefs contributed also to the child development in her
social, emotional, and physical aspect. The values she acquired from the very beginning also contributed
to the child's moral development and the way she behave at school.

3. Yes, with the assistance of teacher and parents, they can influence the learner's behavior so that they
can acquire learning experiences that they need in shaping their different ability and facets in life.

4. Based on my experiences during high school, some of our teachers do community service and
requires us to join and help them. Through this, teachers can partner with the community and help their
students acquire another set of knowledge and ability to do things and explore more outside the home
and school.

Teachers can seek advice to the community chairman or Brgy. Captain as to what the learners can do to
help the community. With this also, learners can develop sense of responsibility to have a better
community.

Reflect

1. As a child, I experienced both authoritative and authoritarian parenting styles. Both parenting styles
gave me balance in cultivating my attitudes and behaviors. Authoritarian parenting style develop my
fears in disobeying the house and school rules. While because of authoritative parenting style, I
developed my ability of being a self-reliant and an independent child as well as a learner. I am also
trained to have greater control of my actions and attitudes. And as pass by, I feel confident and
competitive whenever I do something at school or at home.

2. As a future teacher, I must be open-minded , wise and understanding in order for me to establish a
good home-school collaboration. To work well with the parents, I must conduct PTA meeting every end
of quarters to let them see their child's academic and character standing. This is also a good time to
discuss the issues of their child I have observed inside the classroom in terms of their behavior and
academic performance. Through this, we can collaborate in making effective solutions to address the
concerns of their child and help them improve their knowledge and capabilities.

Learning Artifacts

C - collaboration is perceived and when

O - opportunity emerges,

M - motivates each other and

M - mold each potentials

U-

1. Based on my experience when I was in grade 10, some of the students are participative and
cooperative during class. They raises their hands whenever they want to answer the teacher's question.
While some are talking with their seat mate or doing something on their notebooks. Their ages is
between 15-16 yrs old.

2. There are 15 boys and 20 girls in the class.

3. Some of them can manage their own behavior, showing discipline when it comes to class discussion
but there are some students, mostly boys that could easily distracted by their classmates and make
disturbances during class.

4. Yes, they can already work independently. However, there are students who excels in performing the
class activity in a specific subject and some aren't excelling. Thus, they asked help from their classmates
to comply with the activity.

5. The span of the learner's attention depends on the teacher motivation during class and their teaching
strategy.

Analyze

1. Yes, there's a cabinet and shelf provided by the school in every classroom. The cabinet is used by the
teacher for storing his/her teaching aids while the shelf is used by the students where they can put some
of their belongings, particularly their output after checking by the teacher. These two areas are needed
in every classroom, because without these, the classroom would be messy if both teacher and student
will just put their belongings anywhere.

2. Yes, you can see different class rules and reminders posted onto the walls. For instance, upon
entering the room, you can see a reminder to put off your shoes and change into sleepers so that the
floor won't get too dirty. Further, this rule does reinforced positive behavior to students as they learned
how to maintain the cleanliness of their room.
3. Yes, I remembered how my homeroom teacher before let us participate in making classroom rules.
Teacher spoke first about his classroom rules and wrote it on the board, then he asked his students after
what rules can they suggest and explain if they do agree or disagree the rules he wants to implement.

The effect of students' participation in rule-making on their behavior is that they become more prudent
in following the classroom rules.

4. The teacher starts with the prayer then greet his students and tell them to sit properly and get the
trash under their table/chair if there's any. Checking of attendance and assignment are followed. Then
the proper lesson comes next after.

5. Yes, the teacher arranged her students' seats in alphabetical order based on their surname. This help
the teacher identify immediately whose absent before starting the class.

6. I observed when I was in high school that if a teacher is quite strict, students were behave. But if
teacher is not strict, some students aren't behaving well and making some noises. Thus, the teacher
always get the attention of those learners that are making noise and let them do read from the book or
answer some questions based on their discussion.

7. The teacher repeat the instruction again for those learners who cannot seem to follow or s/he
approach this certain learner who has difficulty in following the instruction and explain it to the learner
again. Repetition is a good strategy so that learner can develop his/her ability to carefully listen and
follow the instruction given to them.

8. To reinforce positive behaviors among the students, the teacher give more praises to those students
who excel and behave well in the class, while to those students who lacks in academic and often
misbehave, the teacher encourage them to do well next time and help them reflect their behavior. But
overall, the teacher appreciate all of his students by motivating them and inspiring to do well and
become a better version of themselves.

Reflect

1. Positive discipline must be implemented among the students so that they can develop positive
attitudes and actions wherever environment they're in at all times. Enforcing a positive discipline will
help them practice and training themselves how to behave and act properly as well as help themselves
in controlling their emotions that becomes their actions.
