THIS AGREEMENT of sale made at ________________________________ on this
_____ day of November 2021, between ________________________________ resident of _______________________ hereinafter called the Vendor of the ONE PART and ________________________________ resident of __________________________ hereinafter called the BUYER of the OTHER PART. WHEREAS the vendor is absolutely seized and possessed of or well and sufficiently entitled to the lot unless bought, more fully described in the Schedule hereunder: AND WHEREAS the vendor has agreed to sell his house to the BUYER on the terms and conditions hereafter set-forth. NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: (1) The Vendor will sell and the BUYER will buy the entire 100 sqm lot located at Sitio Malacanding, Brgy. Del Pilar, Dulag, Leyte more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written at a price of __________ free from all encumbrances. (2) The BUYER has paid to the Vendor this day, a sum of ___________ by way of earnest money for the due performance of the agreement, the receipt whereof the vendor doth hereby admit and acknowledge. (3) The Vendor declares that the sale of the lot will be without encumbrances. (4) The Vendor will hand over the vacant possession of the lot on the execution and registration of conveyance deed. (5) The expenses for, preparation of the conveyance deed and land title, cost of stamp, registration charges and all other cut of pocket expenses shall be borne by the purchaser for the deeds. Schedule above referred to IN WITNESS WHEREOF the vendor and the buyer have set their respective hands to the agreement of sale/purchase on the day, month and the year above written, in the presence of the following witnesses:
