1. - According to the case, what external trends do managers at the movie theater chains
have to deal with? They have to deal with the online programs where people can watch
movies online such as google and youtube, and with the new technology like movie
theaters systems for take at home.

2. - How do you think these trends might constrain decisions made by managers at the
movie theater chain?
I think if the people has the possibility to stay at home and using online services they
don’t have the necessity to go out and be sitting in an uncomfortable chair, as it could
be positive way also because when it is a new movie the people can go to the movie
theater and watch it in a big tv, but the noise sometimes is a total mess. The managers
can try to find different ways about how to get attention people to come and watch
movies as for example offering the best and highest quality and doing that the
customers feel comfortable.

3. What stakeholders do you think might be most important to movie theater chains?
What interest might these stakeholders have?

I think it is important for the movie theater chains if they have care about their
customers and competitors, because it is how the company is going to generate
incomes, this is the interest that the company has. They also need to be careful with the
town here the movie theater is located, because everything change and they need to
change with the town, for this reason they can be a successful company. The most
important the movie theater needs to be focused is with their employees if they doing
well job the company is also good it is like a win-win between both parts the company
and the employees.
