1. Define art through a short poem.

It is piece that will give you a peace,

From your mind that is chaotic but also creative,
Maybe a tool of escape from this mess reality,
It is art that is part of me.

From the stroke of the brush to canvas,

Its like touching my body making me arouse,
Every color that is combined may be colorful or darked,
For you it may be an art but for me its soul that is trapped.

I put my all to it,

That is not only a creative object you’ll hang or display to your crib,
It is my body, heart and soul,
Its me, all about me.

Maybe to your perspective it is only creative,

Its fine because we only choose something we want,
You chose that but I chose art,
Art to the way I can express what in my inside.
 2. Using your creativity and imagination, create an artwork that would answer/show the
questions below. For example, if you want to be a poet, write a poem about a specific
theme/message. Meanwhile, if you want to be a visual artist, you may draw or paint the
subject of your choice.

3. In an essay of 3-5 sentences, answer/explain the following:

 Its not about how good it is but on what that art explains to you. Those colors are
about the color of our skin I wanted to promote equality because we all know that
Black people are experiencing discrimination on which the red color is all about.
It is different by other arts because its not that good but it has different
perspective than others.
