Thank you for your inquiry . We would like to ask you what type of plant you want ?

 A-TYPE Universal Boschi Oxygen plants use German stainless steel of grade ASTM
A312 TP 304L & the stainless steel cryogenic valves are far far superior then brass
valves which are made locally . We are using Bestobell UK valves & Haros Germany
made in stainless steel .

 In A-Type oxygen plants stainless steel trays are made by Accuracy of + 2 microns with
spark erosion technology and then die-fitted to the circumferential ring which is lipsealed
to the column shell which is also made in stainless steel to a tolerance of .01 mm .This
allows exact vapour pressure drop of Delta P of .001 Bar allowing steady state operation
and steady Oxygen purity .This is the KEY factor in the rectification column
technology .

On the other hand copper trays were manufactured by cutting with hand scissors and
hammering & soldering which has tolerance of 3 to 5 mm due to which THERE IS
TURBULENCE IN THE GAS VAPOUR PHASE CAUSING FLUCTUATION IN PURITY .

 There are important factors like core submergence for condenser which can only be
achieved by 100% leakproof sealing of gas which has Oxygen & Nitrogen in the shell
and tube side . This has been achieved as per EN-standards by TIG Argon welding of
each SS tube on the header plate .Total number of tubes to be welded in 1 condensor of
100 M3/Hr plant are 2,000 tube joints which is done by ROBOTIC WELDING ONLY . It
cannot be done manually .

On the other hand the old B-type copper condenser there is a brass plate where copper
tubes are inserted and soft solder is poured between the tubes and allow to dry .It takes
approximately 6 to 8 man hours to do the soft soldering of copper/brass condensor .The
soft solder is porous and tubes start leaking one by one and ultimately due to ductile
fracture if there is sudden pressurization or depressurization can cause leakage
& explosion .Similarly C-type Aluminum condensors not constructed as per
ASME/EN standards is dangerous.

It is evident that all the cryogenic liquid tanks and vessels including for aerospace and NASA
are made only in cryogenic grade SS and not copper or iron .

Dear Mr. Sanjiv:

I am interested to import if (UB) Oxygen and Nitrogen Plant. Last year I visited China where I had a bad
experience to see an accident. Their oxygen was in regular production very smoothly and an explosion
occurred. Two cylinders were badly damaged and converted into to pieces. It completely damaged the shed
and its splints had gone to a distance of 300 meters piercing through its concrete roof. Luckly there was no
damage to human life and main plant/machinery.

The report was obtained from that factory as under.

Pressure at filling stage of 3 stage compressor = 2200 Lbs./Sq. in

Safety adjusted and rechecked at 2400 Lbs./sq.In.

Cylinders were tested prior to filling at 4000 Lbs./sq/In

A bench of 18 cylinders was in process of filling when this accident occurred. Its explosion was so that looks likea bomb.
I am not mentally stable as yet because I could not find any solid reason of this accident.

I have got your contact from the internet.

Please advise me the possible causes of such accidents.

heard from you since. I am very much interested in your plant, but want to know more about your equipments.
Before i can give you a counteroffer, I am planning on going to New Delhi sometime the end of this month or
next month the latest. However, can you clarify me on several questions :

1. Your plants for UB-100, all built on a skid/platform ? This mean my floor plan will be simply flat, not like the
chinese made machine require the floor to be designed up and down ?

3. You said you are using stainless steel pipes only on your fractional column ? I saw a pictures of your
machines, interconnected all using stainless steel as well. Does all the machines connected with stainless steel? And is it true the
fractional column all made of stainless steel ?

Hello Mr Aditya ,

This is with reference to our requirement for new oxygen plant in iran .
Like i told you on the phone we already have Chinese plant which is causing lot of problem with the
chinese turbine expanders .

The column made in aluminum make lot of leakages so we change to stainless steel
Also the plant using bulky Oxygen compressor for cylinder filling which require too much maintenance .

We made big mistake by buying chinese plant and trying to save some money .i have lost 2 years and mor
then 300,000 dollar . the chinese people talk somethjing , show something and give another thing and my
email address is info@arpcosteel.org and i write to all the embassies not to allow import of bad quality
china plants .

Chinese quality is very bad and i will not accept single chinese part .
please send offer for Type A good quality original Italian technology.
