Don't eat meat if you don't mind taking supplements.

Maybe you're better off going vegan.

Recently, studies said that a vegan diet reduces the risk of disease. However,
being vegan doesn't even have a significant effect on being healthier.

In the market, we certainly know that some meat is also processed. Do we

need to eat it too?

Today, I will explain to you why you don't need to be vegan, because it's
good for us to enjoy the various types of meat that exist in this world,

of course wisely!

Meat is packed with several nutrients we all need for optimal health and
well-being, including protein, B vitamins, iron, zinc, and several other
minerals.

When compared to meat, plants often contain much lower amounts of those
essential nutrients. In the case of minerals like iron and zinc, animal sources
are more readily absorbed to our body than plant sources.

Imagine if you're not consuming any meat! Maybe you ran a higher risk of
other nutrient deficiencies. It certainly means that full plant-based eaters
must work harder to include those nutrients in their diets, like taking
supplements.

Vegan diets are strict full plant-based diets.

You will have to sacrifice your time to prepare the ingredients and even learn
how to cook them to your liking.

In fact, according to Nutritional Recommendations International consortium,

the benefits are not as great as the sacrifices. In terms of diseases, such as
colon cancer, the risk increases only 1% with daily consumption of red meat.

Actually, it is not red meat that should be avoided, processed meat it is, that
brings a lot of harm to the body. They contain a very high sodium intake, that
can be the host of potentially carcinogenic compounds to our bodies.

Instead of being tormented (limited food), it's better to keep eating red meat
with taking care of your exercise habits and sleeping hours every day. Don't
forget to keep eating vegetables, fruit, and whole food. It increases your
body's intake of minerals that are not in meat.

What we need to do is to make sure to keep your meat intake moderate. We

know that anything in excess is not good. Being healthy does require
sacrifice, but it doesn't need to be so extreme that you don't eat meat at all.
So what kind of meat are you going to eat? Or still, want to be vegan?
