As per Reference cited above Smt. M Sujatha EC ANM (as regular ANM post vacant)
must gather RCH services, Deliveries, UIP and other Vaccine related information from ANMs and
Ashas, Verify and send them to Higher Authorities in Stipulated time. And also Co ordinate with
Smt.Sri Lakshmi, C.O ( Community Organisor).

Hence the above said Individual is Strictly Instructed to Check the emails and send
them in Stipulated Time. She is held responsible for in case of delay and will be intimated to higher
authorities for further action under CCA rules.
