1) Gather the following materials: raw egg, beaker and vinegar.

2) Write your name on tape and label the beaker

3) Measure the mass of the raw egg and record it.

4) FIll beaker with vinegar

5) Place egg in vinegar solution. Make sure it is submerged.

Hypothesis: Predict how the egg will respond when left in vinegar for 24 hours.
