Objetivos del trabajo

- leer y comparar un resumen de la ley de Health and Safety inglesa con la
Argentina
- adquirir vocabulario referido al tema. Qué equipamiento se necesita para
trabajar? Nombrar con picture dictionary
- esbozar las obligaciones principales de empleado/empleador
- leer y comprender sobre “Señalización”, y qué significa cada señal, color y forma
- investigar sobre qué señales son necesarias pensando en distintos espacios de
trabajo?

Tasks:
In groups of 2, make an oral presentation; you can have “helpers’ to carry on the
presentation.
Mention the rights and duties of both, employers and employees present in
Argentinian law
Picture dictionary: include words that name equipment necessary at work, wit its
picture. Mention the hazards they prevent.

Read and comment about safety signs, different meanings according to shapes
and colours
Read and comment about fire extinguishers
✤ Different signs in different work premises. Choose 3 premises and mention
what fire extinguishers are compulsory for those places For example:
